Founded by Dr. Majaliwa Mzombwe in 2026, the East African Pain Care Alliance works to provide long-term support to clinics in Tanzania.
The East African Pain Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to safe, evidence-based pain management and healthcare resources in Tanzania and across East Africa. Founded through a collaboration between healthcare professionals, researchers, and students passionate about global health equity, our organization works to bridge gaps in care through medical supply donations, provider education, clinical outreach, and long-term partnerships with local communities.
We believe quality healthcare should not depend on geography. By partnering with hospitals, physicians, and community leaders, we aim to support sustainable healthcare systems that empower local providers and improve patient outcomes.
